Technology Tutorials

Fulcrum specializes in the preparation of technology tutorials for all types of litigation. Generally, these presentations are prepared for pre-trial tutorials, claims construction, opening statement, attorney argument, or to support the testimony of an expert witness. When the tutorial needs to stand by itself, we can create presentations with a voiceover and present them on video, DVD or interactive CD-ROMs. We can handle all production responsibilities, including conceptualization, scripting design and production, narration, titling and editing.

Fulcrum has put together highly sophisticated technology tutorials to explain the technology and issues in many cases involving, for instance: programmable logic devices, electrical circuit function, computer chip designs; video and sound cards, computer graphics, video compression, software operations, semiconductor processing, modulation, multiplexing, biotechnology, DNA micro-arrays and medical devices. Other case types include accident reconstructions, plane crashes, fires and explosions, industrial accidents, building collapses, product comparisons, industrial procedures, groundwater contamination and chemical bonding processes, among others. We understand these technologies and the exhibits we create are drawn from our experience as well as input from attorneys and experts.
