 Video Depositions If your best evidence is videotape from a deposition, we are here to help. If you need just a few clips available to present in court, we edit those excerpts from the full video deposition and can integrate the video with titles, transcript text, document highlights or other visuals to augment the testimony. If you aren’t sure which of the 100 hours of deposition footage you might need in court, we have the solution for that problem too: video depositions synchronized with electronic transcripts. Fulcrum handles every step of the process. It begins with converting VHS or SVHS tapes into digital MPEG files, and ends with creating a line-by-line synchronization of the video to the transcript. No more wrestling with a VCR, fast-forwarding and rewinding the videotapes. With a synchronized deposition, you can search for specific words or phrases and jump directly to that portion of the video for review. Presenting any clip or portion of the video deposition is as easy as swiping a barcode, or calling out a page and line designation “on the fly.” |
